CANCELLATIONS
With its registered address at "Electrozones", "we", "us" or "our", General Couturetech Enterprises Private Limited is in charge of managing and running the Electrozones mobile application and website (collectively, the "Electrozones"), which among other things makes it easier for users to purchase products like smartphones, tablets, televisions, audio, home appliances, computers, cameras, kitchen appliances, personal care and grooming accessories, and other items (collectively, "Product(s)").
Our goal is to give our users the greatest possible experience, from ordering to starting a return. You can count on us to be your go-to place for shopping while using the Electrozones), and you can anticipate a hassle-free return process for the product you ordered.
Our methods and regulations for accepting product cancellation, replacement, return, and refund are outlined in this cancellation, replacement, return, and refund policy (the "Policy") and the Terms.
Applicability of Policy
You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to be bound by its terms in its entirety by using the Electrozones and/or submitting a request to purchase a product through it. It is recommended that you refrain from transacting on the Electrozones if you do not accept the terms stated in this Policy.
Please be aware that the conditions under which you may cancel, substitute, return, or receive a refund for an order you placed for products on the Electrozones may vary periodically. Please review the Policy each time you want to use the Electrozones to make sure you are aware of the terms and conditions that are in effect at that particular moment.
Product Cancellation
Orders for Products may be partially or completely canceled before the shipment is "Out for Delivery." Orders that are "Out for Delivery" cannot be canceled. You can monitor your order using the link sent to your email address or in the "My Order" area of your Platform account.
You can cancel a purchase order that has been placed on the platform in the "My Orders" area of your account if you decide you no longer want to order a specific product or products.
As long as the order is not "Out for Delivery," we will make an effort to cancel it after we receive the cancellation request. The cash paid for the partial or full order will be reimbursed to you. You will be notified via email as soon as the cancellation is approved. You will receive your refund either in the form of a credit to your store credit account, which you may use for future purchases, or in the same payment method that you used when making the original transaction. All refunds are subject to our discretion, relevant policies, and fees levied by the user's bank or financial institution, with the exception of reimbursements to store credit accounts.
We have the authority to revoke any bulk orders you have placed on the Platform.
