For certain items like mobile devices, tablets, small appliances, smartwatches, laptops, and related products (that don't require a technician for setup), returns will only be processed if the item hasn't been activated and may undergo verification according to this policy.

For products that require installation by a technician, such as air conditioners, TVs, refrigerators, and washing machines, you must report any defects, damage, or non-functioning conditions (like being "dead on arrival") to customer service within 5 days. The return will proceed after verification based on the policy’s terms.

Products will not be eligible for returns if installed by unauthorized third-party technicians. If the product is defective or dead on arrival and there is no replacement stock available, you may raise a return request within 5 days. Issues beyond the 5-day window should be directed to the manufacturer under the product's warranty.

Ensure that the product is in its original, unused condition, with the invoice, packaging, tags, and all accessories intact, for a successful return pickup. If you receive a product eligible for return, register a request on the Electrozones immediately. Verification may include sending images of the product or allowing personnel to assess the issue. Some brands may require you to contact their customer service directly.

Returns will be processed only if all stipulated conditions are met, including matching serial numbers and ensuring no damage occurred while the product was in your possession. Combo products must be returned as a complete set.

Returns will not be accepted if the wrong product model, color, or item was ordered by mistake or if the product falls under the non-returnable category. Additionally, returns for damage caused by misuse or modification will not be accepted.

Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email, and a reverse-logistics partner will arrange product pickup.

Before returning any electronic devices, ensure you erase all personal information. Electrozones is not responsible for any misuse of personal data left on returned devices.
